Needing Cosmetic Surgery? Try to avoid dates when the Moon is in a harsh aspect to Mars, Saturn or the Sun. You are likely to notice the best results when the Moon is in the 1st or 2nd quarters between the New Moon and Full Moon (not on a New or Full Moon). Additionally, avoid any dates when the Moon is in your individual Sun (Solar) sign.

Hair dyes and chemical treatments of hair typically have the best results when the Moon is in Taurus or Leo while making a favorable aspect to Venus or your personal Sun Sign. For faster growth, cutting hair when the Moon is in the 1st or 2nd quarter and in the signs of Cancer or Pisces is suggested. The promise of thicker hair growth suggests that hair be cut when the Moon is Full and in the signs of Taurus, Cancer or Leo. For those of you who want your hair to grow more slowly after a cut, then try cutting your hair while the Moon is in the 3rd or 4th quarters and in the signs or Aries, Gemini or Virgo. Additionally, hair cut while the Moon is square or opposing Saturn (direct motion, not retrograde) is supposed to "restrict" growth.
Buy beauty products while the Moon is in the 3rd quarter and in the signs of Taurus, Virgo, Sagittarius or Pisces. Trips to the spa or for a massage is recommended on dates that the Moon is in Taurus, Cancer, Leo, Libra or Aquarius.
